The following is a full list of all reward quests at this time, along with a link to the post itself within this thread. If you have a suggestion for these kinds of quests, please feel free to contribute. The current list is divided into two types - Personal Reward Quests, and Faction Reward Quests. Personal Reward Quests are accomplishments by individual officers - in general, they can either take a powerful personal bonus to their abilities, or else take an effect to benefit their entire force (if they are part of one). Faction Reward Quests are accomplishments by a faction - the liege gains an offer to either take a powerful personal effect or an effect to benefit the entire faction. In the case of Personal Reward Quests, only one officer may gain the benefit for the entire season. Faction Reward Quests are granted to any faction that meets the requirements, and those benefits cannot be lost once gained. Currently these are the following Personal Reward Quests being worked on - "S" rank aptitude (one per APT). Leadership 100
This post will detail all information for officers gaining 100 Leadership.
1. The only way to complete this quest is to have a natural 100 in LDR. This means the stat itself without accounting for items. 99 LDR with a +1 LDR item does not qualify. Any temporary bonus does not qualify. You must have 100 in the statistic when not counting any items or other bonuses. 2. If you begin the game with the relevant statistic between 90-94, you must wait at least 30 days after the start of the game before you can claim this award. If you begin the game with a 95-100 in the relevant statistic, you must wait at least 60 days after the start of the game before you can claim this award. If multiple characters qualify for the award simultaneously (within the same 24-hour "work day"), go with the character who had the lower starting statistic. If that is tied, go with who achieved it first. If that is also tied, decide randomly who chooses first. 3. Remember that only one character can get each kind of benefit, and no character can earn a reward of this type more than once. IE, if Zhuge Liang gets the INT-based reward, he cannot later get the POL-based reward as well. 4. Once a selection has been made, strike through that choice. Further officers gaining this reward cannot choose that option.

War 100
This post will detail all information for officers gaining 100 War.
